1/19/26 – you need assorted weights for back, shoulders, bicep and triceps circuits. I had 1-25, 1-20, 15s, 12s, 10s, 8s and 5s. This is a fun fast circuit covering it all.
1/13/2026 – you need your mat laid out in front of you, a 6 pound medicine ball, 20s, 15s, 12s, 10s, and 8s.
1/9/26 – you will need a step one riser high, 4 extra risers, weights for biceps and triceps of your choice and also a mat. I used 1 25, 20s, 15s, 12s, and 10s.
