3/5/2026 – you need a step 3 to 4 risers high weight for back and legs. 10 reps for back and 15 reps for legs, Flop flopping between the two. I had a 30, 15, 20s, 15s and 10s. You need your mat as well. NO CARDIO only in the warm up. ENJOY!!!
