*NEW* #400: 60 Minute Step / Boxing / Upper Body Circuits

12/08/25 – you need a step 3 high, weights for chest, shoulders and triceps. I used 30s, 20s, 15s and 5s. Also a mat and a jump rope is optional for part of the circuits. This is great all around workout including weights and fun cardio.
