*NEW* #355: 70 minute Saint Patrick’s Day LEGS/STEP/BOXING
3/17/25: You need a horizontal step with 2 risers, I used 25s, 20s and 15s for weights. I also had gliders, a mat, and a medium resistance ankle band plus a 15 pound kettlebell. This is a fun format I whipped up when I woke up Saturday. We were do for a legs workout. Let me know your thoughts.
