06/03/25 – you need a vertical step 3 risers high, a bosu set up next to it, a mat, a medicine ball, weights for chest, shoulders and tricep circuits, I used 30s, 25s, 20s, and 15s This is a great circuit non boring format!
5/28/25 – I used an incline bench,a 6 pound medicine ball, a mat and weights for chest and shoulders. 25s,20s,15s, and 8s.. I set up my bench and a mat on the floor next to it.
