From the days of elementary school until now, Yvette has consistently been heavily involved in fitness. From gymnastics as a young girl, to high school softball, volleyball, and basketball, to collegiate volleyball, and many other sports along the way: fitness has always driven her to new heights – it’s her passion! Yvette has led group fitness classes for nearly 12 years, mainly out of her fitness studio in Garner, IA. She has also taught class at a number of gyms and fitness facilities around North Iowa throughout the years, always pushing the people around her to better themselves.

Yvette loves fitness so much and wants to share that passion with others. She has seen so many people struggle with their health, and she decided that she needed to make a positive impact in their lives through fitness.

Believe it or not, Yvette mainly does her workouts “off-the-cuff!” That’s right: she doesn’t use a script, she usually thinks of things on the fly! Sure, she will plan what muscle groups she wants to work in the class and what equipment she needs, but she chooses what moves to do as she thinks of it. She has found that this makes her workout transitions much smoother and a lot more fun as a whole!

Yvette loves a large variety of different workouts, but she really enjoys HIIT, Cardio Kickboxing & Step Aerobics. She thoroughly enjoys the fun moves that come with these workouts, and she feels that a lot of positive energy comes from them!

To cancel your membership, log into your account and click on the “ My Subscription” link in your dashboard. From there, scroll down to the “actions” section, and click the “cancel” link.

To upgrade or downgrade your membership, you will first need to cancel your current membership by following the above steps. After your current membership is cancelled

To update your payment information, log into your account and click on the “Payment Methods” link in your dashboard. From there, you will be able to delete old payment information and add a new card on file to use.

Yes, both yearly memberships and monthly memberships will automatically renew (either one month or one year after date of original purchase, depending on plan).

Both monthly and yearly memberships will get 5+ new workout videos a month that are only available to members, along with an entire library of Yvette’s videos. As a member, you will have access to Yvette’s News, where you can get insight on fitness tips, nutritional advice, and more with two new articles every month. Members will also have the ability to contact Yvette, and are encouraged to ask fitness questions and share their own personal fitness journey with her!

You can cast any video from Yvette’s library to your TV from your computer or mobile device via Apple Airplay or Google Chromecast. If your laptop has an HDMI port, you should be able to connect it to your TV via HDMI cable as well. Unfortunately, most Smart TV browsers will not support playback on Yvette’s videos, but there are a few steps you can take to see if your Smart TV is compatible.

Some workouts will require equipment, some will not. Check the video descriptions for what you will need. Most common things needed are – a step, a couple sets of dumbbells, a mat, bosu ball, stability ball, or medicine ball.

Yes, there are different levels – the video titles usually describe the level. It’s okay to modify or take breaks – move at your own pace!

Yes! If you are a North Iowa resident, you can visit her studio in Garner, IA for one-on-one personal training and group fitness classes.

Whatever time works best for you! Yvette prefers morning workouts to kickstart her metabolism for the day, but it’s best to get one in whenever you can. Remember – one workout is better than no workouts!
